First and foremost, we want to thank all of our long-term, valued customers who have made Pacific NW Best Fish your go-to destination for fresh, sustainable seafood for more than 26 years. Your loyalty and support mean the world to us, and we sincerely appreciate every customer who has supported our local business throughout the years.
We would like to explain why we have made the decision to change the operating days of our Retail Market only.
Over the past several years, the seafood industry and retail marketplace have continued to change. With increased competition from big-box stores, rising operating costs, and challenging economic times, we have worked hard to continue providing the highest-quality seafood at the best possible prices.
We take great pride in offering excellent customer service, fresh and sustainable seafood, and the quality that our customers have come to expect from Pacific NW Best Fish. In order to maintain these high standards and continue operating successfully, we have made the executive decision to reduce the number of days our Retail Market is open.
This decision allows us to remain viable while continuing to operate under the same business model that has made Pacific NW Best Fish a trusted part of our community for more than two decades. Rather than compromise on quality, service, or the seafood we provide, we believe this change will allow us to continue giving our customers the very best.
We hope this adjustment does not discourage our outstanding customer base from continuing to shop with us. We remain committed to our community and to all the seafood lovers who have supported us throughout the years.
