Waffle Cabin CT brings the full Waffle Cabin experience from the ski slopes of Vermont right here to Fairfield County. For those not familiar with Waffle Cabin waffles, they are made from a special dough (not batter), with sugar pearls inside that caramelize as the waffle bakes in a specially crafted iron from Belgium. This creates a delicious sugar waffle unlike any other waffle found here in the US.
