Fresh, vibrant, and packed with that unmistakable New Mexican flavor, our Hatch Green Chiles have made their way from New Mexico to Southwest Cafe! 💚

Get ready for that smoky, slightly spicy flavor we wait all year for. We’ll be roasting, chopping, and adding Hatch Chile goodness to some of your Southwest favorites.
