Tom Kha G*i — the soup that surprises people who think they know Thai food. 🥣 Coconut milk instead of a clear broth, galangal instead of ginger, a squeeze of lime right before it hits the table. Massaman curry doesn't need to shout to be good. 🥥 Coconut milk, potato, peanuts, a little tamarind and warm spice instead of straight heat — it's the curry we point people to when they say they "don't really do spicy." Slow-simmered, rich, a little sweet, and honestly better the next day. Chicken or beef, your call.

Som tum — the one that wakes your whole mouth up. 🥗

Shredded green papaya, lime, garlic, chili, peanuts, all pounded fresh in the mortar when you order it. Crunchy, sour, salty, hot — all at once.

It's the dish Thai people crave when the weather turns hot, which around here is most of the year.

We can dial the chili down. Just say so.

The desert doesn't stay warm after sundown. Neither should you. 🌡️

Once the sun drops out here the temperature falls off a cliff. That's a soup night if there ever was one.

Tom Yum if you want it sharp and hot. Pho if you want it deep and soothing. A curry over jasmine rice if you want to be genuinely full and warm all the way home.

Pad See Ew or Drunken Noodles? Two very different nights. 🌶️

Pad See Ew is the calm one — wide rice noodles, egg, Chinese broccoli, dark soy, a little char from the wok. Comfort food.

Drunken Noodles is the loud one — same noodles, but with holy basil, fresh chili and enough heat to make you sit up straight.

Both right. Depends on the day you've had.
