Hope everyone is having a great summer! We will be capping it off right with a Labor Day brisket cook let me know if you would like to be added to the list we will be selling briskets for 120$ if you would like to order a larger briskets or select meat grade that can be arranged prior to cook. Looking forward to the cook get your orders in now there is only so much room on smoker!

We will be cooking briskets this weekend, and have a half brisket available for purchase! $70 for a half brisket, $5 extra for vacuum wrapped. Please let us know if you are interested in a half brisket!

Wow, what a fantastic weekend at the Shintech cook- off. We had the opportunity to cook with Hogan Hobbs. After the smoke settled we ended up 1st place Fajitas, 1st place Chicken, 1st place Ribs, 4th place Brisket, and 6th place Grill Master. This landed us an AWESOME GRAND CHAMPION 1st place over all. Also, thanks to shintech for such an awesome event. Congrats to all the teams that heard their numbers today!

Our utility is a team of many talents – our cooking team recently showcased their pitmaster skills and brought home some hardware in the RODEOHOUSTON World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest. The team, sponsored by our Women In Leadership Employee Resource Group, placed 8th in brisket and 33rd overall. The annual contest attracts fierce competitors from across the globe and we’re thrilled that our team delivered smiles and plates of yummy deliciousness.
