Wow! What an amazing day yesterday celebrating our Richwood Coffee Beneficiaries at the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Life Center in Marysville! 💚

We don't think anyone left the room without feeling inspired. We heard from Chad Hoffman, our President & CEO, and our keynote speaker, Chris Wallace, a dedicated leader, coach, and community advocate from Springfield, who both shared powerful insights on what happens when all of us come together with a shared purpose and commitment to our communities.

We also honored the incredible work of our beneficiaries, bringing our collective total to more than $1,101,000. Yet the most meaningful part of yesterday was taking time to hear the stories behind those dollars.

A special thank you to our Richwood Marketing Team for creating an incredible video that brought many of those stories to life and showcased how coffee funds are making a difference across the communities we serve. We can't wait to share it with all of you soon!

On 9/8, members of the HelpLine of Delaware and Morrow Counties, Inc. team will be taking over four Richwood Coffee locations in Delaware and Union counties. They're the local people who help answer 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline calls when someone is struggling with suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, anxiety, depression or another mental health crisis.

Stop in for coffee and meet them. Ask questions. Learn how 988 works. Find out what happens when someone reaches out.

You may never need to call 988 yourself. But knowing those three numbers—and sharing them with someone who needs them—could matter more than you realize.

We know Terri as one of the friendly faces behind the counter. Turns out, when she’s not making coffee, she’s making award-winning blankets!

Terri recently entered her handiwork at the Richwood Independent Fair and came home with a first-place ribbon. And we especially love that she got to show off her talents at a place that’s a beneficiary of Richwood Coffee.

Coffee may be her day job, but clearly creativity is part of the package. 😉

Some people leave a mark simply by the way they give. 💚☕

Recently, we lost a longtime Richwood Coffee customer who had quietly made generosity part of his routine.

When he stopped in for coffee, he gave. Again and again. Not because he had to, but because supporting others brought him joy.

Over time, those donations added up to the equivalent of more than 700 cups of coffee—700 cups he never intended to claim for himself.

After his passing, his family stopped by our coffee shop. And in a gesture that felt perfectly fitting, his wife told us that the drinks that day were on him.

One more act of generosity.

We talk a lot about how Richwood Coffee is about more than what's in the cup. These shops give us the opportunity to know people. To hear their stories. To celebrate with them, grieve with them and sometimes simply share a few minutes together over a cup of coffee.

We're grateful for every connection made across the counter—and for the people who remind us just how much good can come from giving, one cup at a time. 💚

On September 8th, we’re welcoming HelpLine to four Richwood Coffee locations across Delaware and Union counties for a very special Coffee Takeover.

HelpLine of Delaware and Morrow Counties, Inc. is the local crisis center answering 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline calls in our area. When someone calls or texts 988, they can connect with trained crisis professionals who are there to listen and provide free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

And we want more people to know that resource is there.

Stop in on 9/8 to meet some of the local faces behind 988, ask questions, and learn more about a resource that could make an incredible difference for you, a friend, a family member, a coworker or a neighbor someday.

The more of us who know about 988, the more of us who know where to turn when someone needs support. 💚
