Cargie's Meat Processing is setup to take in deer for the 2026 season. We will process your deer and vacuum seal every package. We also can make specialties for you ( Jerky, Smoked Sticks, Summer sausage with or without cheese, Salami, Pepperoni, and an assortment of Fresh sausage.
