Did you know a cup of bone broth can provide about 5–10 grams of collagen and 8–10 grams of protein?

After hours of simmering, beef bones yield a rich broth crowned with a golden layer of fat. For phở, ginger and charred onions build that warm, aromatic base. For bún bò Huế, fresh lemongrass and onions are added, along with annatto seeds to give the broth its signature red hue.
