Thrilled to be working under pitmaster Jake at K-Town Pit Que this Saturday in Leesburg, come on out and enjoy the fun!

The Leesburg Daybreak Rotary Club is conducting its annual fundraising event on June 6 at the Loudoun County fairgrounds just outside of Leesburg. 10am - 3 pm

This is a nationally sanctioned barbecue event featuring some top-notch barbecue chefs. Proceeds from this event will fund scholarships provided to local students who are attending college or attending trade school.

First official test in the books! Many lessons learned, a good look and flavor to the chicken, need some work on the texture. All in all a success! Glad to prove I can smoke on the PK grill so I can dedicate the WSM to ribs.
