Dear Friends and Guests.

I came across an great opportunity, where a prospective tenant presented me with a good offer to lease the property at 4401 W. Broad Street, which I felt compelled to accept. I have signed a lease with the owner of The Elephant Thai Restaurant, to add their fourth location here. After thirty years working, managing and owning restaurants, I felt it was time for me to focus my attention on my family, and to La Casita to which I will always be loyal.

Tonight will be our final day of operation at Al Dente. I wanted to thank all of you for giving me the privilege to serve you through the years, and want to express my gratitude for the support you have given me, whether at The Phoenician or Al Dente.

Grilled Tenderloin Steak, crusted with Black pepper, served with mashed red bliss potatoes.

Eggplant Rolatini, lightly breaded eggplant, Pan fried and stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, topped with an herb tomato sauce.
