To the powers that be -- any chance you might consider converting to paper to-go containers, or honoring requests for "aluminum or paper wrap" only? Of all the to-go food we order, you guys are hands down using the most plastics (in our experience) and request for alternative wrapping (like parchment paper, aluminum foil, etc) are declined. To note this has nothing to do with the 15% upcharge going on right now for to-go containers, we've been requesting this for about a year now but since we're now being charged for to-go containers, it seems like an appropriate time to make the request. Also, what about asking folks "do you want utensils?" This is a common question asked to us by other restaurants and we'd love to see it adopted by more.
