Here’s a little taste of what’s coming September 30.

Cured trout with cucumber, nadughi, tkemali and Georgian herbs.

Charred lamb rib with smoked eggplant, roasted onion-lamb jus, charred scallion and crispy buckwheat.

Crispy duck breast with roasted celeriac, charred plum, radicchio and plum gastrique.

And that’s only three of five courses.
