The Chuck Wagon Madison County's newest food truck, The "Chuck Wagon" will be opening June 3rd. We will be serving around the Richmond, Berea and Madison County area.

After long and careful consideration we've decided to set out this Tasty Tuesday (2026) season. Other than the year of COVID, we've always been there and will miss a l ot of you. We definitely appreciate everyone's support there. We have been and will continue book a few dates during 2026 season. If you are having an office party, company employee appreciate day, livwe music venue or an even that we've worked in the past couple years, please reach out to us. Hopefully we will see y'all this year.

After 3 beautiful days of great weather the Boonesboro Boogie Car Show has ended. Over 900 cars were registered and several thousand spectators attended. Thanks to the Southern Knights of Central Kentucky for their hard work and dedication to making this show happen year after year. Thanks to the volunteers, park staff, car owners, sponsors and spectators who make this event so special! See you next year!

I've got to say it again. The last few weeks, we've seen a lot of friends and "Usual suspects," at the festivals we've been to. Lawd, y'all know how to reassure us that we are doing the right thing. Y'all rock and if you know me you know at times I say what I think. Love y'all and as always, I appreciate you more than I can say. I don't see customers at the window, I see friends and family. I've always said, if we make a mistake, let me know and I'll make it right. We are usually spot on, but occasionally we get going too fast. After November we will miss y'all until next season.❤️

We (food truck/food trailer owners) know that some people may choose not to eat at a food truck for their own reasons. Let us enlighten you just a little bit. A food truck/food trailer is nothing but a kitchen on wheels. We have to pass a health department inspection multiple times a year. We have to pass a fire suppression check twice a year. We have to have running hot and cold water, a 3-bay sink, and a hand washing sink just like a restaurant. We also have to get permits with the city and county once a year just like a brick and mortar restaurant. If you have ever been skeptical about eating at a food truck/food trailer, this is a little info that people may not know about food trucks. Please give a food truck/food trailer a chance. Just know the rules that apply to a restaurant, apply to us too! 😊

We will be at the Boonesboro Boogie car show this weekend. We will be introducing a new 1/2 pound burger that will include provolone cheese, bacon and ranch dressing. It will be served with one side and your choice of toppings. Since it's a new item that we don't normally have on our menu, you might want to get there early. If it's a hit, we will take suggestions for a name for this juicy hunk of meat. As always, y'all come first. We strive to serve you better food and more food at a reasonable price. We will also have fries, nachos and some other favorites that we don't normally have on our menu.

The Boonesboro Boogie Car Show will be October 10-12 at Fort Boonesborough State Park. This large show generally has around 1000 entrants.

Got a Ted talk coming! I'm going to say what most are afraid to say but, Madison County Schools, yeah you. Ask your out of town food vendors that you cater to if they will support your events. Four times in 6 weeks I've got a call trying to get money. I've not gotten one request to do an event with you. 🤣 LOL I don't need y'all. I turn down more than I do!
