Quick Pickled Onions 🧅
These pickled onions come together fast — assemble in the morning and serve by lunch. Thanks to Frontier Co-op® Pickling Spice and Parsley, they add a tangy bite to salads, sandwiches, tacos and more!
Save the RECIPE below. 👇
2 cups white vinegar
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. pickling salt
1 1/2 tsp. Frontier Co-op® Pickling Spice
1 Tbsp. Frontier Co-op® Parsley
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
In a large bowl, add vinegar, water, honey and seasonings, and stir to combine. Place onion slices into a 1-quart glass jar. Place funnel in mouth of jar and pour vinegar mixture over onion.
Seal jar and invert 2 to 3 times to mix. Place sealed jar in refrigerator for 3 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

8oz Coconut Water
1/4 t cream tartar
1/4 t real salt
4 oz OJ
1/4 t cream tartar
1/4 t real salt
(Whole food vitamin C powder can be added to increase vitamin content without adding sugar)
RECAP: We use up electrolytes ALL 👏DAY 👏 LONG👏! The more stress we have the more of these minerals we burns, and minerals are the keys to your vehicle (aka your body).
80% of us are slow oxidizers, meaning our bodies burn up potassium and sodium and hold on to calcium and magnesium. The 20% of fast oxidizers will also highly benefit from adrenal cocktails because it will help slow down their magnesium burn rate!
