As a CREW MEMBER we're looking for excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with other team members & guests and can bring their best self and share that best with our guests and crew members.

Duties and tasks include:
~ taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
~ making food and smoothies
~ prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
~ stocking and clean-up

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS
~ Interacts with team members and customers with a positive attitude.
~ Delivers ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to each customer that visits our cafe.
~ Successfully completed the Café Basics Training Program
~ Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards.
