Chef Devon Rosenblatt A seasoned industry chef looking to share my experiences, lessons, and creations with the world. Hi there!

My name is Devon Rosenblatt, and I want to thank you for visiting my Chef page! I'll be using this page to post cooking videos, DIY tips, recipes, live demonstrations, and much more! I have been in the service industry for 12+ years, and a Chef for six of those. I have been in fine dining, casual, upscale, and fast casual environments, of all sizes and volumes. I study at Auguste Escoffier currently, and have plans to also attend both Johnson and Wales and the Culinary Institute of America. My goal here is to educate, inspire, and light a passion within everyone here for the culinary arts. Had a great time recently being a part of the Emmy’s Emmys / Television Academy for my second year

Got to help fellow Hell’s Kitchen alum Johnathan Benvenuti and the Bar Becky team close out their final service, and what a night it was.

Closing your first restaurant is never easy. Having been through it myself, I was honored to lend a hand and help turn what could’ve been a bittersweet night into one full of great food, laughs, a little madness, and a whole lot of love.

Seeing the room filled with people celebrating what John and his team built was a beautiful reminder that closing the doors doesn’t erase the impact, memories, or relationships made along the way.

Grateful to have been a small part of the final chapter.

Who says meeting lunches have to be boring when you can serve a spread like this?

While the big hustle and bustle events are always a lot of fun in their own right, there’s nothing better than a small VIP lunch where the team just gets to have some fun and be creative.

This is just a small snippet of the kinds of things we like to serve when those times come along.

Woke up jamming Mariah so what better time to show some pieces of this year’s event

The food was flowing, the music was pumping, and everyone was having a great time for this one.

A ton goes on behind the scenes to make events like this happen, and it’s an honor and privilege to continue to be involved in them. Serving 3000 people at once is not for the faint of heart, but the task and challenge is a reward in and of itself.
