🍲 Off-The-Menu Turtle Gumbo - Perry’s gluten-free filé gumbo made with Louisiana turtle and Perry’s homemade Polish Sausage - all cajun spiced and thickened with sassafras powder, accompanied by a shot of Fino Sherry to add if desired. Available for a limited time only.
🍲 Lobster Bisque - Creamy lobster bisque seasoned with cayenne pepper, paprika, sautéed onions, garlic, celery, carrots, de-glazed Brandy, lobster stock, cream and butter. Served with diced lobster meat.
🍲 French Onion Soup - Prepared with jumbo yellow onions, shaved garlic, sherry, chicken and veal stock simmered to perfection. Served with home made croutons and melted Swiss cheese.
