Hi friends, it's been a LONG time 🥹. I've spent the past few months really analyzing how to thrive as a business, operating in the smartest way possible, and working towards a model that is sustainable for long term growth and profitability....coupled with an awful lot of reflection and recovery time to get myself back to a place of capability. I'm really happy to share that we are opening a new concept. I anticipate an opening the last week in April (24th is the aim date). The concept is different (you can walk in and order, order online for pickup, or through Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash, a few small tables for outdoor seating - verses a full blown sit down restaurant) but the menu will be pretty much what you've always known (with some new items). We will be in Richmond City now too, easily accessible to all, between Willow Lawn and Scott's Addition in a great place called (give a follow for specials, news and more too!) I REALLY look forward to serving you all again. Feel free to DM me any questions about the change! We will be open Tuesday - Saturday, 4pm-12:00am (for the late night folks ☺️). Really cannot wait to serve you all again 💙. Website is partially updated as well, but not finished just yet 🙂

That's a wrap friends at 3511 Courthouse. To my team: Jordan, Zach, Matt, Lissa, Selena, Frenda, Manfred, Kaitlyn (our amazing helper this week)....to Taylor (who started with me 3 months before even opening and stuck in until the end), Thaian (shown, but doesn't work here anymore and I still consider one of the best people I've ever met), the countless employees that I've been lucky enough to have help grow this little place into something awesome....it's so damn bittersweet. Anyone who has to makes choices like I have knowing the impacts hurts for it. I adore every one of them, and am forever grateful for them hanging with me for so long. It hasn't been an easy road. To customers who have treated my team with amazing kindness, built relationships with them and myself, I am so grateful, I can't even explain it. Although it's not the end for the business, it sucks to dismantle a team that is so darn good. Ugh. But, I'll stalk them all again one day, and I'm sure you'll all see some of them at future things we do 💙. Thank you community for an incredible week. Humbled by the support and kindness. Hi all ❤️. Friday is our last day of normal service (lunch 11:30-3, and dinner 4-9) and we are closed for normal service Saturday all day due to our ticketed (sold out, yay!) 6 course meal. We have some extra help (you all have kept us busy this week, thank you so much 🥰) Friday, and really really hope that you can join us on our last operating day for normal service at this location. I'm very proud of our bar drinks, because, well, they're good 😋, but besides the mocktails, each is named after a member or my family (example: the Conway is my grandfather...a strong drink - named after a strong man. Always ask me why we name our drinks and I'll give you my silly story, hahaha). Thank you to for doing a bar menu for me so long ago when I knew next to nothing about liquor!!! Haha! I've had so many great collaborations, more stories to come as we wind down here. Anyhow, we would love to see you all Friday. If we get to swamped for indoor dining, we have to turn off to go ordering and can't answer the phone (past 2 evenings) so I'm so very sorry. The community has kept us working hard 💚. Thank you. Please come see us Friday, and if you have tickets for Saturday, we are so excited to spend our very last day cooking in this spot with all of you. ❤️

We are super excited to do a themed event for our next coursed meal! Join us for some fun Mexican inspired dishes! Great drinks, soups, which I am particularly excited for the Birria soup, amazing salads, cool appetizers (fried guacamole anyone?) house made everything (nothing canned or processed here!) and beautiful entrees (lions Mane "steaks" for the taco "steak!"). Choose one option per course, and be ready to be FULL. Stretchy pants not included in price 😂. 6 courses, a lot of fun foods that I wish I could get when I go out, and good times. Hi all - I know this news won't make folks happy, and I'm so sorry :(, but we have to suspend brunch service for awhile. Brunch WILL resume, but not for at least a month. I've been out a few weeks, and it looks like a few weeks more - so to preserve the sanity of my team and the abilities that we have as a small Resturant, this is the day that is not the most profitable for us, so I have to halt it for awhile. I look forward to it resuming, and perhaps even with an updated menu 🤞💙. A HUGE thank you to these amazing people on staff for managing social media for me (you'll notice it's been alot more interesting lately, lol) and for keeping us going. Thank you to the friends helping when needed, staff working overtime to make it flow, and for everyone hanging in. Stay tuned for the reopening of brunch. I'm really hoping for after August. In the meantime, we appreciate y'all for being such great customers and we are still open normal Wednesday-Saturdays!!!! If we need to make anymore pivots, I will post. But for now, biz as usually except for Sunday brunch. 🥲. - Tracy
