We’re table side with chef extraordinaire Mike Ledesma talking greens! From Baltimore to Oahu to Richmond, Mike’s culinary travels and Filipino heritage inspire his kitchen creations every day at some of the finest restaurants around (Perch RVA, InstaBowl RVA, and The COOP rva, just to name a few). The Greenswell Growers crew recently had an opportunity to share our locally grown, fresh greens with Mike as he cranked out dish after dish topped with our Essential Green Leaf, Vibrant Greens Blend, and Hearty Kale Blend!

In addition to being one of our favorite chefs, Mike also gives back to the community around every corner as he regularly uses his culinary talents to support nonprofits and causes that push our region forward. Here’s to many more opportunities to collaborate with Mike and others passionate about community as we work together to use the power of food to change lives!
