Stay tuned for the GRAND OPENING DATE of our brick-n-mortar in January 2018. Our mission is to bring Richmond an authentic hand-crafted barbeque experience like no other. Virginia is a melting pot of barbecue styles heavily influenced by the pork traditions of the Carolina’s, Georgia, and Tennessee. Inspired to bring beef to Virginia, ZZQ is influenced by the beef barbeque traditions of Central Texas. Our approach is to blend the traditions, techniques, and flavors of Central Texas with the regional influences of Central Virginia in order to create an exceptionally unique style of barbeque.

We’ll have these delicious beef Barbacoa Tacos on special along with our smoked chicken wings (which are both ONLY available on the first Saturday of each month) in addition to our regular Saturday specials including Beef Cheeks and Smoked Pulled Lamb.
