Still l waiting on my other permit to be approved but I did get an update today. Since we rent, they also had to send paperwork to our landlord and get approval from them. I got the news today that they signed off on it! One step closer!

I have hit a bit of a hiccup and was told I actually have to apply for another permit as well. I put in that application and will hopefully hear back soon and can set an official open date!

Happy early Father's Day! I'm ruining the surprise a bit, but this is one of my husband's Father's Day gifts!

Our favorite baker (now retired 😭) made a bananas foster cake and it was always our favorite! So I am surprising him with his own 6 inch bananas foster cake and me and the kids some cupcakes.

I'm still working on things and waiting for my city of Richmond business license to come through. By working on things, that means I am working on my menu and taking pictures!

Today, was Fairy Bites! If you havent had them, they are similar to a shortbread cookie with rainbow nonpareils sprinkles and one of my favorite things to make! If you have had them, let me know what you thought! I gave some out tonight and I love the joy I can bring to people through baked goodies! Is baking a love language?
