So recently, I got an email from this guy named Adam from Matcha by Aiya, which is a Matcha manufacturing company! They were interested in seeing if my business would want to use their Matcha on an ongoing basis since they looked at my website and menu and saw that I make Desserts with Matcha! Unfortunately, right now I am a super small business and while I am not drowning in orders, I do get orders here and there of course my dream and goal in life is to have my little baking business blowup so that I can partner with amazing companies like Aiya!
They were kind enough to still send me four different samples of the Matcha that they manufacture so I decided to give all four of them a test with my new white chocolate Matcha cookies!
it was a very long and precise process, but so fun and so informative! I decided to go with Matcha A! I think this one performed the best with my cookie dough because it gave it that strong Matcha taste that still kept the cookie moist in the middle and crunchy on the outside and the Matcha wasn’t overpowering. It was just right and it went so well with the white chocolate chips.
This was culinary grade Matcha, so it is the real deal!
