Construction is underway for Parlor Doughnuts at Earlham Commons!

Parlor Doughnuts is a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including their original layered doughnuts; vegan, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee. Their goal is to efficiently deliver a superior product, at a moderate price, with exceptional service, in a comfortable setting.

Wer're in the news!

Earlham Commons is a new multiple-tenant restaurant and retail center built on the west side of Richmond, Indiana. We’re delighted to be working with Earlham College on this project and be a catalyst to grow the local food and dining scene.

The new retail center in Richmond will bring a new cafe and farm-to-table restaurant to the Earlham College area.
