Fresh batch of jalapeño/cheddar links ready for this Friday at 4-8pm. I make them with 100% beef brisket, ground down, then add hand diced cheddar and jalapeños, along with my spice blend. Stuffed in hog casings, then smoked for 5+ hours. One of my favorite bites!
