Dear customers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of the Noodle Shack, effective 9/10/2023. Due to financial challenges and declining sales, we find it best to end this chapter of our journey, and shift our focus to the expansion of our sister restaurant, Brady’s Sushi and Hibachi.

We cannot express enough gratitude for the love and support we’ve received over the year in operation. Each meal served, every compliment received, and all the memories created within our walls have meant the world to us.

For those with gift cards, we will continue to honor them at Brady’s Sushi and Hibachi. For our loyalty program members, all your reward points will be carried over to Brady’s Sushi and Hibachi as well.

Although Noodle Shack is closing, our passion for food and community remains. We look forward to continue serving the community at our sister restaurant.

The Vietnamese Rice Vermicelli Noodle dish is a great summer meal. We lovingly describe it as a fresh noodle salad for those looking for something a little lighter and full of veggies. 🥬🥕🌱🥒

Served with a choice of grilled pork chop or satay chicken, rice vermicelli noodles, green leaf lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, pickled carrots and daikon radish, peanuts, caramelized shallots, served with a Vietnamese egg roll and house sweet fish sauce.

The storms that have passed through have caused Noodle Shack to lose power. We will be closed until the power company can come out and get our power fixed.

Brady's Sushi and Hibachi is unaffected and will be open to serve dinner! Please stop by and see us at our sister restaurant.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, and to keep our staff (and you) from overheating inside, Noodle Shack will be closed until further notice. Our HVAC system is out of commission temporarily, but will be fixed as soon as we can get the necessary parts! Keep an eye out for when we are able to reopen.
