May's special, the Tae Kwon Dilla, is ready to throw down! We start with pork carnitas on a layer of shredded queso blanco, add korean barbecue sauce, carmelized onions, and then finish it with dusting of korean grill seasoning and serve it with a portion of sauce on the side.
