A Heartfelt Thank You from a Small Black Business Owner… (Long Post)
As a small business owner, every milestone counts. For those who have been with us from the beginning, we are grateful beyond words. We can't help but feel a sense of nostalgia as we look back on the journey we have taken. From catering at Faith & Family to opening Qui’s Cafe, it seems like only yesterday when (Pastor Tim Matthews, ) gave us the opportunity to have a brick and mortar. Shortly after signing the papers, we opened our doors on September 1st, 2020.
We still remember the feeling of taking our very first order. It was a moment of pride, hope, and excitement. On April 15th we will be taking our last order from this location. But before that, we want to express our gratitude to each and every one of our supporters who made this possible.
We would like to give a huge THANK YOU to who inherited our lease, and allowed us to remain onsite. They didn't have to do that, but they did, and we are grateful for their kindness.
This is not a goodbye, but more of a "see you later." We hope that you will continue to support us as we navigate this new chapter. We promise to continue providing the excellent service that you have come to love.
