The Gouda Goomba returns as this month’s burger special, stacked with rich mushroom gravy, melty smoked gouda, crispy shoestring onions, lettuce, and Duke’s mayo.

It’s cozy, messy, and exactly the kind of burger that makes sense as summer starts handing things off to fall.

Today we’re asking our community to help us show up for one of our own. ❤️

Brielle, or Bri, is the 12-year-old daughter of Robert, a member of our Eazzy Burger family. Bri was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and has already been through multiple surgeries. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy, with more treatment and another surgery ahead.

Her family is facing an incredibly difficult season, and the medical bills, travel, hospital visits, and everyday expenses are adding up quickly.

It’s never easy to ask for help, but if there’s one thing we know about this community, it’s that people show up for each other.

The Eazzy Burger team, and the ZZQ | Texas Craft Barbeque family are helping spread the word about Bri’s GoFundMe so her family can focus as much as possible on her care, treatment, and healing.

New name, same favorite. 🪝The “Not a Fish” is now the “Off the Hook”: fried tofu stacked with fried pickle ranch, Chisos slaw, and Diablo Sauce. Now priced at $12.

Quick No Bull update: we’re currently sold out of No Bull patties while we work on finding the right replacement. In the meantime, any burger can be made with grilled or fried tofu instead.

Vegetarian friends, we’ve still got you. Vegan friends, just ask us about the best way to modify your order.

Just a 🍺 reminder: when you arrive at Eazzy Burger, you have a couple options depending on whether you’re thirstier than you are hungry 😜:

1) Grab a beer from the bar at Ardent Craft Ales and then hop in line to place your order at Eazzy burger.

2) Place your order at Eazzy, grab a table, and scan the QR code on the napkin holder to place an order. The Ardent team will deliver your 🍺 directly to your table whether you’re on the patio or in our dining room at Eazzy!
