🌞 We're Hiring AGAIN at Sunshine Play Café! 🌞
Do you love coffee, little ones and creating a space where families feel genuinely welcomed?
We're looking for 1-2 amazing people to join our team as Part-Time Hosts! 💛
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, loves connecting with people and wants a consistent part-time schedule.
✨ Position Details
• Part-time (10-15 hours per week)
• Hiring immediately
• Training begins as soon as possible
• Must have weekday morning availability from 8:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Some weekend availability is preferred but not required
As a Host, you'll help create the welcoming atmosphere Sunshine Play Café is known for by:
☀️ Greeting and checking in guests
☕ Making coffee and serving café items (no barista experience required- but is a HUGE plus)
🧸 Keeping our play spaces clean, safe and beautiful
🎉 Helping families book birthday parties and memberships
💛 Building relationships with our guests and making every visit feel special
This role is largely self-managed, so we're looking for someone who is:
✨ Friendly and outgoing
✨ Dependable and organized
✨ Comfortable multitasking
✨ Passionate about excellent customer service
✨ Willing to jump in wherever needed
💵 Pay & Perks
• $12/hour
• Café tips + commission
• Weekly pay every Friday
A few important notes:
• This is not a childcare position. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Employees may not bring their own children while working.
• A Madison County Food Manager Certification is required after hire (approximately a one-hour online course through the Health Department. Cost: $80, paid by the employee.)
