Hey Sandwich Enthusiasts! Did you miss us? Because we have been missing you!

Big news we can finally share - We’ll be serving up Fat Kid Sandwiches at 1110 East Main St, just as soon as we get permitting and construction done - hoping for the end of the summer. (Thanks to Nathan and Veronica at Sperity Real Estate Ventures for making this happen so quickly!)

We plan to open at 7am with made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and favorites from our brunch menu. We are expanding our menu with a grab-and-go market section featuring pre-made cold subs and sandwiches, plus a wide selection of homemade salads, sides, ice cream and baked goods.

But don’t worry, our Hatch Local lineup of cheesesteaks, Italians and subs will be available until 7pm, Monday through Friday.

Since we are planning to be closed on the weekends, we look forward to opening our kitchen to other small businesses for collaborations and pop-up events. We value the community and collaborative atmosphere we found at Hatch Kitchen and Hatch Local, and hope to continue that spirit in our new chapter!

The Pizza Steak is like a deep dish pizza but it’s a sub! Steak, onions, homemade tomato sauce, crispy fried mozz IN THE SUB, plus American, Swiss and Parmesan cheese. It’s amazing. You want one - Just make plans for a nap later!

We have a new riff on a Ruben - the Spicy Rachel!

It’s smoked turkey breast, sliced deli style, and heated with melty Swiss cheese, then topped with spicy Russian dressing, jalapeño slaw AND JALAPEÑO JOE CHIPS IN THE SANDWICH on toasted black rye bread.

As Steve said when he tried our test sandwich “the Rachel bangs.” You should get one - it will be on the menu at tonight!
