thank you to everyone who came out to the debut “Hank’s Fried Chicken and Things” pop up last Saturday at
it was a blast testing out some potential menu items for our brick and mortar with you all, and we hope you enjoyed the first of many days of Hank’s
a big thank you to our team who dialed in the new recipes and held their own on the line with a slew of new items, and to for putting together our menus and comment cards
a mega thank you to our main shooter who is an all around pleasure to work with and an absolute angel with the lense. she captured all these great photos and we are so glad she fit us into her schedule and graced us with her skill. if you are ever looking to get photos shot or flyers made, elyza is the one for you
and an extra large thank you to the crew at , for not only letting us takeover their kitchen, but for hanging around with us, taking orders, serving you fine folk, and making sure the food made it from the kitchen to the table. Kyle and his crew were such gracious hosts to us, it was a blast working with them and in their space, and we cannot thank them enough. please please please make sure you stop in and try a chili dog if you haven’t been by the mayor yet, you simply don’t know what you’re missing.
next round of our Hank’s pop up series will be announced soon, but in the meantime, the 1115 truck is still ripping and roaring and getting ready for a banger season, so peep the schedule in our bio.
