🦋We are ALL mourning the sudden loss of one of the greatest souls of all time, Dolly Parton.

💔As we process this, we will be honoring Queen Dolly in many different ways over the next few weeks.

🥬Lettuce Talk About It

🥗We know it's an uncomfortable time around produce right now given current events, so we want to reassure you of a couple of things...

💦First off, we wash our fruits and vegetables and that's standard practice. That'll never change!

🗞As reports continue to develop and release to the public, we're staying abreast of the farms and producers that have had compromised products.

🥑We've been working with our vendors to ensure zero crossover between our sources and contaminated ones. We double check our lists behind them to make sure substitutions weren't made. And, we try to use local sources when feasible.

❤️Keeping our dining population safe and serving safe foods is an important value to us, and we wanted you to know that. We hope everyone can stay healthy, wherever they are.

👩‍🍳If you're in and want to avoid fresh, uncooked produce just let us know and we'll provide alternative dining options on the menu that use either cooked or canned produce only.

👨‍🌾A quick shoutout to all the local farms out here keeping communities healthy and well fed!
