The wellness industry taught me to keep adding.
Another supplement. At one point I took 40 a day 🧐
They made me not be able to eat! Some helped, but some- over kill. I just stopped all of them.
Another protocol-
Another “must-have” health product.
But this week, my body reminded me that healing isn’t always about adding more. It’s finding a was to calm my nervous system, it’s adding nutrients with real food and organic juice. It is appointments with a neurological chiropractor to get my brain talking to my body. How can I expect healing when I have lived in “fight,flight,freeze, oh you’re getting better, oh no, not again!” Finally, I found the rainbow-
