🥇" Mini Foi Thong Cake" 🥇

Less sweet of the chiffon cake go together with the Mascapone cheese + whipped then topped with Thai dessert like "Foi Thong"

The question is what's Foi Thong?
Answer : Foi Thong or simply called Golden tread
​​Foi means "thread" and Thong means "gold".
​Thai’s believe Thong (Gold) brings good luck and prosperity to our lives and Foi Thong is a popular dessert at weddings and ceremonies.
It is also deliciously sweet golden egg yolk is drizzled into sugary water to create a long sweet golden string.

When I was a little, I found the golden desserts easily at the market in Thailand. Nowadays it's pretty hard to find them. I only founded in ceremonies, so in USA is harder. I think about how I can make them here by myself? Hmmmm.🤔🤔🤔
