IT'S OFFICIAL. Today will be our LAST DAY open at the Ace-Griggs Food Truck Hub!!!

After 6 years, it's time to close up the truck and make the move to our new home. Come give the truck one last send-off and grab your favorite doggie, burger or Mac while you're at it! 🌭🍔

We'll be open from 11am to 8pm today at the Ace-Griggs Food Truck Hub.

And don't worry, you won't have to wait long...

Announcement coming later today on when our brick and mortar will officially OPEN! 👀

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

We are still waiting on the final go-ahead from the health department for our food permit at the new place, so we don't have an official closing date for the truck just yet. But we're getting CLOSE. It could be within a week, two weeks max, before we close up the food truck at the Ace-Griggs Food Truck Hub and make the move to our new location.

That said, if you want to come support the truck one last time, NOW is the time!

As we have for the last 6 years, we will be open from 11am to 8pm at the Ace-Griggs Food Truck Hub. Come see us while you still can!

We'll keep everyone updated as soon as we have an official date. 🌭❤️

CORN DOGGIE DAY SPECIAL: The Elote Corn Doggie IS BACK. It's is a hot link dipped in our house-made corn doggie batter and topped with Angel Brook Farm & Market corn, garlic aioli, cotija cheese and Tajín!

Good Morning All!

Breakfast Tacos are BACK today

They are three flour tortillas filled with sausage and grilled red peppers, scrambled with American cheese. Served with house-made salsa verde. Think McDonalds breakfast burrito in taco form but better 🌮🌮🌮

And don't forget the rest of Sunday special lineup that includes our breakfast burritos, sandwiches bowls and more!

Today was crazy busy both at the truck and at Tumbleweed Music Fest. We appreciate everyone who came out!
