📣 A Big Announcement from The Soda Trough
After a lot of thought, many conversations, and some honest reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close our downtown brick-and-mortar location as our lease comes to an end and ongoing building issues have made it necessary to move in a new direction.
But let me be clear…
✨ This is NOT the end of The Soda Trough. It’s the beginning of an exciting new chapter. ✨
We will still be here serving the drinks, sandwiches, wraps, and sweet treats you love—just in a brand-new location that we cannot wait to share with you soon!
Before anything else, I want to say thank you.
To every single person who has supported us, visited our shop, shared our posts, told a friend, purchased from us, or simply believed in our dream from afar—you have been part of this journey whether you realize it or not.
This little business started with a big idea:
• Restoring a downtown building
• Bringing the first drive-thru to Richland
• Offering something unique to our community that no one else was doing & so much more
Along the way, this business has brought so many memories, lessons, laughs, tears, and milestones that have shaped me both personally and professionally.
This journey has been exciting, stressful, overwhelming, rewarding, and incredibly meaningful. There were days I felt on top of the world and days when I questioned everything. But through it all, your support kept us going.
I truly hope The Soda Trough has impacted our community even a small fraction of how this community has impacted us.
💳 Loyalty points and gift cards will still be honored when we reopen at our new location, so you can save them or use them this week before we close.
👥 If you have submitted an application to work with us, we are still reviewing applications and plan to continue hiring once our new location is ready.
📅 Final Week Hours at Our Downtown Location:
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM *Richland Graduation* Closing Early
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🎉 We will be running special deals every day during our final week, so be sure to stop by and help us celebrate this chapter and look ahead to the next one.
