September is flying by! This week we've got tons of chances to catch the Mac truck on the move including a rare Sunday shift out at Wheat Head and our final trip to Walla Walla for the year...?
If you've been following us, you may know that we normally have Game Night this week with Moonshot Brewing and Tri-City Area Gaming but this week we have a very special birthday in the Mac Fam: our littlest noodle, Kit, turns 21! We can't believe it either. 😭Hug your babies hard, they grow up way too fast.

P.S. this week is the halfway point and a reminder to try our ROTM Mole Mac before she's gone

New month means new mac! We're celebrating Mexican Heritage Month with a very special Mole Mac! A traditional Mexican red sauce with a deep red color, rich flavor, and a complex blend of spices. Ours is Nut Free and comes directly from our Mother’s Kitchen. Slow cooked with shredded chicken over our signature four cheese mac. Topped with Toasted Sesame Seeds. We hope you love this family recipe as much as we do!

New month means new Brownie too! Mexican Hot Chocolate Brownie with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.

We've got a quick week for the Mac Truck since papa mac and I are heading on a short vacation. We're celebrating my birthday and our 23rd anniversary! Find us at Moonshot Brewing Monday and Wednesday for two chances to connect and have a blast with trivia, games, art and craft beer. This Thursday we've got our mobile order open so you can order ahead for lunch. We can't wait to see you!

We're so proud to announce we get to join Wheat Head's annual Beer it Forward fundraiser for Tri City Cancer Center! Papa Mac is a ten-year cancer survivor so to say this one means a lot is an understatement. I am grateful every day for his courage and fight and for the wonderful resources available to our community through the TCC Foundation. We'll be serving from 4pm-8:30pm & we can't wait to see you!
