To our incredible community,
First, I want to say we’re sorry.
For more than a year, our doors have been closed, and throughout that time, many of you have been left wondering what happened and when we’d be back. The biggest mistake we made wasn’t the length of the remodel—it was not keeping you informed along the way. You deserved better communication from us, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
This restaurant has always meant more than just a business to my family and me. It was where so many memories were made, celebrations were shared, and friendships were built. We know it has been a part of this community, and we don’t take that for granted.
I’m excited to finally share some good news: construction officially began this week.
This project has taken far longer than any of us ever imagined. While there have been many challenges behind the scenes, our focus has never changed. We made the decision that if we were going to bring this restaurant back, we wanted to do it right—not with a quick facelift, but by creating a space that our community can be proud of for years to come.
To those who have continued to support us, ask about us, and encourage us throughout this journey—thank you. Your patience and loyalty have meant more than you’ll ever know.
To those who have been frustrated, disappointed, or even decided not to return, I understand. I can’t change the past, but I hope you’ll give us the opportunity to earn your trust back. We intend to do that not just with words, but with our actions.
We’re building more than a remodeled restaurant. We’re building a place where families can gather, friends can celebrate, and our community can create new memories together.
As construction moves forward, we promise to do a better job of keeping you updated. You’ve waited long enough, and you deserve to be part of this journey with us.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your patience, your honesty, and your support. We can’t wait to welcome you back home.
With gratitude,
The Pure Mex Familia
