Fall seasonal flavors are in!🍂🎃

🍁 BSL - Butternut spiced latte. Our take on the PSL, but it tastes just the same (maybe even better). Did you know that pumpkins and butternut come from the same squash family?🎃 (try it with our frosted shortbread cookie!)

🍁Harvest Party - Spiced Caramel Apple Cider. A fun take on apple cider! Enjoy it hot or cold!🍎 (pairs perfectly with our Apple Cider macaron!)

Okay y'all....it's the moment you've been waiting for...🍂🍁⛅🎃 HAPPY AUTUMN EQUINOX!!

That means: Pumpkin Spice is here! We are actually calling ours a BSL = Butternut Spice Latte. ✨

Fact of the day: most canned pumpkin is actually butternut squash or some other winter squash variety. Pumpkin is, after all, in the winter squash family. 😎

We start our pumpkin/squash sauce with locally grown butternut squash, roasted til soft, pureed and simmered with loads of spices, sweetened condensed milk, and brown sugar. Add it to a latte, chai, whatever you want really. 💫

We’re so excited to welcome all the Ironman athletes and supporters to the Tri-cities all weekend long. 👏

Here at Ethos we have all the things needed to fuel you, athletes!

We have peanut butter bites, bagels, turkey sandwiches, ham sandwiches, and Elixers to energize you as you prep for the main event tomorrow! 🏊🚴🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Both of our locations are on the race course, so plan ahead if you’re coming out to see us tomorrow morning, and make a morning of it while you cheer on the participants! 🙌🙌

🍯Apple honey shokupan buns - a soft, milk bread filled with delicious apples and topped with a drizzle of honey.
🍎Caramel Apple gooey cake - like the gooey cakes we’ve had in the past, but layered with sweet caramelized apples.

Sweet apples dipped in honey symbolize a sweet and fruitful new year!✨🌱

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year and is a time of spiritual renewal and self reflection.

✨Honey Cakes- this is alumni baker Hana’s recipe that uses spelt flour and rye flour.
✨Round Challah - like last week (but round this time!) to symbolize the continuous circle of life.

Be on the lookout for more treats on Saturday and Sunday to celebrate the new Jewish year of life!✨
