Our Elixers are the perfect thing to cool off with this hot week!🍏🍊

Juicer Aurora is who you can thank for all the delicious pressed juice. She works weekly to get you all the tasty goodness out of the fruits and vegetables. Aurora’s favorite is Elixer 6 because she likes the bit of spice it gets from the tumeric and cayenne😋

Come by either Ethos location to pick up Elixer 6 or any of our other flavors!

Given a new life after serving our friends Moonshot Brewing (we love second hand finds!), we’re featuring all organic, no artificial colors or flavors, Tractor Beverage Co. bevvie concentrates to create perfectly delicious and drinks. Come try our current flavor ONLY AT PARKWAY: lemonade!🍋 a balanced mix of sweet and tart.

🌭Hot Dog Croissant! The classic dog, but make it Ethos-style: Charcuterie & Quality Meats frankfurter, dijon mustard, Heinz ketchup (that bit’s for you, Scot), and zucchini pickles, all captured in a buckwheat croissant bun.

Our salads are just what’s needed to cool off from that summer sun! These leafy greens are locally sourced from topped with fresh radishes, roasted carrots, salty feta, roasted garbanzo beans, and house made red wine vinaigrette.🥗🤤

Pair this seasonal salad with a baguette and a cold lemonade or , and you’ve got a healthy, delicious, and refreshing meal to refuel before you go back out into that summer heat!☀️😎🥖🥗🥤

Happy Father’s Day from all of us here at Ethos!👊

We celebrate all the dads and father figures out there today! In particular, our one dad on the team currently, Elmer.

💫Elmer has been on the team as our morning dishwasher for about 6 months now. He is hardworking and helpful during those busy mornings.
🎨 Elmer is also an amazing artist! You can find some of his paintings hung on the walls at our Keene location.🖼️
His kids may not be here in the States with him today, but we wish him a restful and happy Father’s Day!
