Meet Chef Jessie.
If you've dined at Ciao Trattoria, you probably know Chef Jessie for his Italian-inspired dishes. What many guests don't know is that his culinary training began in French cuisine.
After graduating from culinary school and working in some of Seattle's premier kitchens, Chef Jessie built a career around a simple philosophy: great food doesn't have to be complicated. Start with quality ingredients, treat them with respect, and let them speak for themselves.
Over the years, that philosophy led him into Italian cooking, where he developed concepts that became favorites throughout the Tri-Cities. But with The Bradley, he's come full circle.
Rather than creating a traditional French restaurant, Chef Jessie designed a French-inspired bistro. One that embraces classic techniques while staying approachable, comfortable, and focused on flavor over formality.
Today, he oversees menu development, quality control, and every plate that leaves the kitchen at both The Bradley and Ciao.
And when he's not thinking about food? There's a good chance he's adding to his Star Wars collection.
