New pasta alert 🚨- Mafaldine Carbonara

Mafaldine is a type of ribbon-shaped pasta with wavy edges (think lasagna noodle edges). AKA reginette which is Italian for ‘little queens’.

It originated in Naples and called mafaldine in honor of the birth of Princess Mafalda of Savoy.

Noodles are made in house and served as carbonara with egg yolk, Parmesan, guanciale, and black pepper. MUST HAVE!

We’ve amped up the N/A mocktail menu!

Thanks to new additions of Zero Proof Bourbon, Aperitivo, & Vermouth Rosso from Free Spirits - we are now offering a N/A Kentucky Mule, N/A Boulevardier, N/A Negroni, and N/A Americano. More to come as well - who doesn’t love a good mocktail!? All the fun and none of the hangover. On the menu now, try one tonight.

Shrimp Pil Pil 🦐🦐

Sizzling shrimp sautéed with butter, garlic olive oil, chile flakes, parsley, lemon zest and lots of paprika, served with grilled bread for dipping - our take on a traditional Spanish tapa. A favorite for sure - now on the shareables menu.
