Because we make them fresh every single day.

Our buns are made daily, and they usually sell out. If we ever have any leftovers at the end of the day, we throw them away—we never save them for the next day. We want every customer to enjoy buns that are as fresh as possible.

Our dough is made with just three simple ingredients:
✔️ Flour
✔️ Water
✔️ Yeast

That’s it. No complicated ingredient list, and no unnecessary additives to extend shelf life.

We believe truly great food doesn’t need to last for months—it just needs to be fresh.

Dear friends,

Today and tomorrow will be our last two days serving at Ace. After that, we will be closing this food truck and focusing on our Kennewick Hub location.

We would love to see our old customers one more time at Ace during these final two days. It has been an amazing three years, and we are truly grateful for all the support, kindness, and encouragement you have given us along the way.

This is not goodbye — we will continue working hard at Kennewick Hub and do our best to make the best food we can for everyone.
