Last few days of vacation & summer break. I am dying to start baking again. Thinking about some coffee/espresso cookies for back to school. Lord knows I’m going to need allllllll the coffee for back to school time.

Toffee nut caramel brownie cookie

• fudgy dark chocolate brownie base
• loaded with chocolate chips and chunks
• stuffed with caramel
• caramel drizzle topped with Cadbury caramelos

Happy Sunday ☺️

Today I have cookie boxes available. Pick any 5 flavors of cookies to go into a box for $15. Pick up in Richland center this afternoon/evening or tomorrow morning.

The flavors I have available today are:
- Monster
- Strawberry shortcake
- Reese’s peanut butter cup
- Biscoff

I have a limited number of each flavor and will update this as flavors run out ☺️

Since school has been over for the summer I have been messing around with baking. It is something that I enjoy and I feel as though I have mastered a few cookie recipes. I would love to make these cookies an addition to the Board & Box Co. menu. The cookies are giant cookies like you find at Crumbl and are between 5-6oz per cookie.

So far the flavors are:
- Biscoff
- Cookie Monster (the blue is an artificial dye free food coloring. Cookies are more blue with regular food coloring.
- Peanut Butter
- Oatmeal Cream Pie
- Banana Pudding
- Cookies and Creme
- S’mores (I do not have a picture, they were eaten before a picture could be taken)

Cookies are $3.50 a piece.

I am still working on other flavors and other baked goodies. If there is any specific flavor you would like me to try or work on please let me know.
