🥟 Behind the Scenes Monday

It takes a lot of prep to make one of our customer favorites.

Today, we are hand-dicing fresh kielbasa for our Sausage, Sauerkraut & Kielbasa Pierogies. Every tray you see is headed for a fresh batch, because we still make our pierogies the old-fashioned way... with real ingredients and plenty of hands-on work.

From slicing the kielbasa to filling every pierogi, quality starts long before they hit the freezer case.
