Hello all. Yes we're closed.
It's been a great ride and I met a lot of great people I hope to keep in touch with. The business is hard and even harder alone. I hope some were happy, and i miss it all.

That being said. I'm not done. Catering will be offered for all price ranges and party sizes. Or you can just add a raw bar to your already planned parties. No menu will be posted because whatever you desire for a menu can be done. From simple apps to high end seafood and steak entres. Also you can now book private dinner parties at your home or wherever you decide to gather. No mess no fuss great food. Enjoy your company and let me do the rest. The sky and your tastes has no limits. Book as early as possible. We will be closed remainder of this week and also next week for my daughter's wedding in Virginia. I will be working on menu and some other changes to come. I want this to work more than anybody but things need to change and my numbers need to improve. I refuse to change the quality. Feedback has been great and 98% of my patrons love the food. The problem is feast or famine. Kill it one week, dead the next. Difficult buisness to predict. I am coming back strong and I guarantee what we serve is unmatched in our area. Looking forward to the time off and the return to my people.

All of our family here at round top you've all been part of this sweet little girls life since before she was borne . You've watched her grow and develop right beside us. She will continue to grow with such a large loving family that we have gained here. Today my little Hailey Rose is 1year old!!!! I just can't understand where that time went. Saturday April 8th we will celebrate her awesomeness. From 2pm on. Regular dinner service will start at 4pm we welcome all our loved ones and crew to help celebrate. Thanks ill be updating with posts if any changes.
