A little update from our family. ❤️

It’s been a little over a week since our soft opening, and we wanted to thank every single person who has walked through our doors, shared a kind word, or recommended us to a friend.

We’re still learning, growing, and making improvements every single day. Your feedback, patience, and support mean everything as we continue building Ardas.

Chef Guru is still behind every recipe, guiding us through this journey, and I’m learning something new with every service. Some days you’ll find me on the line, and other days I may have to step away to care for my husband and family. Thank you for understanding and for showing us so much grace.

Our sign has finally arrived, and seeing it reminds us that this is only the beginning.

One week ago today, we opened the doors to Ardas. ❤️

The very next morning, we loaded up the food truck and headed to the Bucks County Blues Festival at Snipes Farm.

The weather definitely had other plans. 🌩️ Thunder rolled in, lightning filled the sky, and the girls were scared. So we did what families do—we stuck together, made them laugh, and turned an unexpected storm into another memory we’ll always cherish. Thank you Bucks Blues Fest for giving us this opportunity to serve❤️🙏🏽

Some weekends aren’t about perfect weather or perfect sales. They’re about showing up, working hard, and making the most of every opportunity. We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by, supported us, and welcomed us during our very first week.

Here’s to many more miles, many more festivals, and many more memories. ❤️

I don’t always have the right words, so today I just spoke from my heart. ❤️

The last few weeks have been overwhelming, exciting, scary, and filled with so many lessons. Running Ardas has shown me a whole new side of this business, and I’m learning something new every single day.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, shared a post, told a friend, or simply believed in us… thank you. Your kindness has carried me through moments of doubt and reminded me that we’re not rebuilding alone.

We’re still learning, still growing, and striving to honor Chef Guru’s legacy while creating something beautiful together. If there’s ever something we can do better, please let us know. We truly want to learn and become the best we can be.

I spent weeks wondering if anyone would walk through our doors…

By the end of the day, it felt like God had sent His angels through them—one by one.

Our restaurant was filled with love, laughter, and hope. Watching my little girl dance in the kitchen reminded me that this wasn’t just an opening day—it was the beginning of a new chapter for our family.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who chose to spend part of your day with us. Thank you for your patience, your kind words, your smiles, and for believing in us.

Because of your support, we were also able to raise funds for sweet Ivy, proving once again that a simple meal can make a real difference.

As we continue rebuilding, we’re still learning every day and working hard to honor Chef Guru’s legacy while growing into our own. If there’s something you absolutely loved, tell us. If there’s something we can improve, please tell us that too. Your feedback means the world to us, and together we’ll make Ardas even better.

As this week comes to a close, I also want to say thank you to everyone who stopped by Ardas. Every visit, every order, every kind word, and every bit of encouragement has lifted my spirits and given me the confidence to keep moving forward.
