Happy Hour weekdays between 5:00 - 6:30PM with $4 large sake, $8 select rolls, and much more! Come on in and check out our beautiful sushi bar consisting of sushi chefs with many years of experience. We serve only the freshest and carefully cut fish, blended with originality and creativity into our specialty rolls. And if sushi just isn't enough, we also incorporate "Around the Fireplace," Robata style cooking -- a traditional Japanese cooking process over a charcoal grill serving up the best seafood, vegetable, and meat skewers! Also with our new, gorgeous full bar carrying over 40 different types of red and white wines which pairs very well with our sushi, it's hard not to kick back and enjoy a glass or three! As well as an extensive list of cold sake and a very creative cocktail list to make every night, a Friday night.

We had an unfortunate and deeply concerning experience involving a customer who identified themselves as an employee of your company.

This individual ordered takeout from our restaurant and returned just a few minutes later, demanding a refund while claiming the food was “nasty.” When we explained that the food was properly prepared and that we could not issue a refund based solely on personal taste, the customer became hostile, made false accusations including racism, and threatened to call the police.

Out of caution, we reviewed our security footage. In the video, it appears the customer may have deliberately placed their own hair into the food after returning — which raised serious concerns about an attempt to fabricate a complaint.

As a small business, we take pride in our service and integrity. We are sharing this experience not with malice, but because we believe such behavior reflects poorly not only on individuals, but potentially on the companies they represent.

We hope this is addressed appropriately, and that no other business has to go through a similar situation.
