As we wrap up our 15th anniversary celebration, we couldn’t think of a sweeter way to finish than by featuring one of our longtime customers, Davis!

Davis had her very 1st birthday at Sweet Firefly and is now a sophomore at J.J. Pearce High School. She loves playing volleyball, babysitting, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys staying involved in her school and community, meeting new people, and making memories along the way.

Davis represents exactly what makes Sweet Firefly so special …..generations of customers who have grown up enjoying a scoop, sharing laughs, and making Sweet Firefly part of their everyday moments.

15 Cheers for 15 Years to One of Our Longtime Customers!

Meet Lex! A longtime Sweet Firefly customer and current senior at Plano Senior High, Lex stays busy both on and off the field. He plays third base, second base and pitcher for the varsity baseball team, is a member of National Honor Society and volunteers with Source of Hope each month.

After graduation, Lex plans to head to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he’ll major in Finance and minor in Sports Management.

We’ve loved watching Lex grow up with Sweet Firefly along the way, and we can’t wait to see where his next chapter takes him! 🧡

15 Years of Sweet Firefly. Where Are They Now? 🍦✨

Here’s Keltan (and his girlfriend Grace)!

Keltan was part of the Sweet Firefly family from 2014–2018. Since then, he graduated from Texas A&M in May 2024 and is now working as a Product Engineer with Emerson Pressure Management.

When he’s not working, you can find Keltan adventure motorcycle riding, working on cars, or spending time with his girlfriend.

We love seeing where life takes our Sweet Firefly family! 💗

Here is a Happy Anniversary post from a past employee Carol!

Happy anniversary, Sweet Firefly! I remember fondly my time churning ice cream and creating new flavors from 2013-2017. When I wasn’t in your kitchen I was bouncing around Richardson Gymnastics Center as a preschool and elementary instructor. I’m currently thriving in the retail world at Lands’ End, and am in my 32nd year as a member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus where I just completed my two year tenure as chorus president. I like to bicycle when I travel, and am collecting swims in lakes, seas, and oceans around the world.

Meet Judy, a former member of the Sweet Firefly family from 2018-2020! ❤️

After Sweet Firefly, Judy graduated from JJ Pearce High School and went on to the University of Arkansas, earning both a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in economic analytics.

Today, she’s a software consultant with capSpire. She also got married in April, and just last week, she and her husband moved back home to Dallas! 💍

Today, we’re featuring Dylan, who worked at Sweet Firefly from 2020–2021!

Dylan graduated from Oklahoma State University in spring 2026 with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with a concentration in Beverage Management. Today, Dylan is a General Manager at Ascension Coffee, where she’s gaining valuable experience and building skills for a career in the beverage industry.

We love seeing where our Sweet Firefly family goes after their time with us, and we’re excited to see where Dylan’s journey takes her next! 💗🍦

✨ 15 Years of Sweet Firefly | Where Are They Now? ✨

Over the years, so many amazing people have been part of the Sweet Firefly family and we love seeing where life has taken them!

First up: Aidan! 🍦

Aidan worked at Sweet Firefly from 2014–2018, and went on to graduate from Marquette University in 2021 with a degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management.

Today, he’s putting that degree to work as a Sales Analyst with Ben E. Keith. But perhaps his favorite adventure has been coming back to Richardson with his college sweetheart, Cecilia. The two are now married and keeping busy raising their two kiddos! ❤️

From scooping ice cream to supply chain management, it’s been pretty sweet watching Aidan grow over the years.

We’re so glad Sweet Firefly was a small part of his story and even happier to see where he is today! 🍦💗
