Turned off the lights, brokers showing our space, leaving the brick and mortar, keeping the love from the customers and continuing to share Fresh Healthy Thai Soon food to the World. This is not good bye, but see you Soon. I, my Ma, and The Thai Soon family love you all so much!🙏🏼

Last night I dreamt about wanting to make Tom Kha Coconut Soup and Corn Patties for customers orders…….had to wake up, feeling sad that I can no longer fulfill the orders…

Today we donated our 38 years old benches to the temple and will be place under beautiful trees. I’ve seen them all my life. My Ma hand painted them and it has weathered all the storms. Maybe it’s time for me to go sit under a tree. 😂 Maybe I’ll figure it all out… Feels a bit empty and it’s just a Monday…🙏🏼

Today was emotional. I love you all so much. You guys showed up for us by letting me serve my food for the last time here in Richardson! Richardson is my home and I will forever be grateful for the memories each one of you made here with us. Thank you all for the gift and donations. The fund will go to our new beginnings. While I am not sure where my next journey takes me, I will take with me the love and support you all have given to me, my staff and Family! Till we meet again Soon!🙏🏼

Sitting here at 12:22 at Thai Soon. I didn’t imagine the amount of people who showed up for us. The pure love that you all have shown us has made us believe that we have had something special. I never had to close a restaurant before. It’s a sad surreal feeling. So much emotion. People were waiting hours for our food. I wanted to serve every dish with the love and passion I have been serving for the past 20 years. Hopefully I did that. I love you all so much. I just wanted to take care of my Ma and her legacy. I still do. Our food is good. May
