16 years ago, we opened our doors with a simple dream: to share the food we grew up with and create a place that feels a little like home.

Since then, you’ve filled Bambu with birthdays, celebrations, date nights, family dinners, first visits, favorite dishes—and so many memories we’ll always cherish.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, supported us, shared our food, and been part of our journey: thank you. 🙏

16 years later, we’re still here, still cooking from the heart, and still incredibly grateful.

Bambu wouldn’t be Bambu without you. ❤️
